The messages received from your clients will be transmitted to you either by SMS, fax or e-mailed to you, or if you prefer to be undisturbed, you will be able to log-in to the website and pick up the messages at your convenience. Once back at your premises, a quick key and you are able to pick up your incoming calls once again. Telkom, VOIP lines, mobiles as well as Telkom 08XX numbers can be easily diverted to our reception desk. Some companies do not have a landline, in which case the number we provide is advertised as their own number. Mobile phones can just as easily be diverted to our reception, leaving you free to attend to your business without any distractions.
